Public Transport Services has advised that the following action is proposed with respect to RoW procedures. ... that there will always be inconsistencies between the Right of Way procedures used by a Platform Coordinator as compared to those used by Passenger Services Attendants. However, the action as detailed at 4.1.1 where all departures will be given Right of Way by a Platform Coordinator will eliminate this as an issue.
