Saab has revised the aircraft operations manual to highlight the fitment of the smoke curtain when carrying cargo in the cargo compartment and has released the revised checklists through the Saab portal. This will ensure that aircraft operators can access the revised information to be included in operators’ pre-flight checklists.

These changes are now specified within the preparatory checklist, and in the aircraft walk-around pre-flight checklist. This revision was released to operators in June 2024.
