Safety concern regarding Finley Township not depicted on Deniliquin VNC
Reporter's deidentified concern
The reporter advised that the yellow symbol for the town of Finley NSW has been missing from the VNC for some years, and this anomaly, particularly when many much smaller nearby towns are correctly depicted, is a source of confusion for VFR navigation. The reporter advises that despite Airservices being aware of this issue for over two years, the symbology has yet to be updated.

Upon review of the available topographic information, Airservices introduced depiction of the Finley township with a yellow dot on the VNC 1:500 000 scale in the MAP61 cycle, effective 17 June 2021.
