Skyfox Aviation Ltd CA-21, 55-0605, 8km E Mareeba, QLD

The aircraft took off from a 400 m grass strip with a crosswind
from the right. It appeared to take a slightly longer ground run,
and to climb at a lower rate, than normal. At a height of about 20
m above ground level, it began a climbing turn to the left. When
heading approximately downwind, the aircraft suddenly rolled left
and spiralled into the ground.
