The Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB) is conducting an on-site investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatal agricultural aircraft accident involving a Cessna C188B aircraft, registered VH-ZIP which occurred south of Narrandera, NSW on 26 March 2006.
Consequently, the ATSB would like any person/witness who may have information about the accident or who may have observed the aircraft in the 24 hours leading up to the accident to contact the Bureau as soon as possible on 1800 020 616.
